You may close your og77 account at any time by contacting og77 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to og77's internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit a formal complaint to og77 customer support, and og77 will endeavor to resolve the dispute within 14 business days.
